The main purpose of this position:
To assist the Neurosurgery team with case support, consignment checks and any other support required
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining effective and positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist by covering CUSA cases in all regions when necessary
- Assist with delivering / moving and upliftment of stock / monitors in all areas
- Carry out stock counts at hospitals when required
- Will be on call as per the Call Roster Schedule and be required to work after hours when necessary
- Submit all required weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager timeously
- Submit expenses and fuel records in accordance with monthly deadline
- Support promotional campaigns as set out by product manager
- Manage own budget expenses as set out by Sales Manager where applicable
- Support the implementation of launch plans at customer level
- Comply with all legal requirements
