Job Description

• Continuous assessment of patient condition and quality of patient care
• Always adhere to the patient’s rights
• Prevent and report medico-legal risks
• Ensure a safe patient environment by maintaining health and safety standards and following infection prevention policies
• Maintain quality client care principles
• To contribute to teamwork and team efficiency
• To continuously strive towards delivering high-quality nursing care
• High energy levels and adaptability to changing working environment

Minimum Requirements

• The candidate must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the Unit
• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse
• Sound knowledge of nursing activities and procedures as per scope of practice
• Good communication skills
• Must be able accountable for decision made and be able to work under pressure
