Job Overview
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (National Diploma also acceptable), Major in medical-related disciplines is preferred
At least 3 years’ experience in the clinical area of PMLS (Patient Monitoring and Life Support products) (e.g. monitor, anaesthesia machine, ventilator, defibrillator/AED, ECG machine, surgical products, etc.) or in the related sphere of the medical device industry
Experience working with distributors, end-users, and key clients
Self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit
Scrupulous in handling internal/external work with high efficiency
Strong ability to withstand stress and adapt to Chinese company culture
Preferences
Two kinds of background highly preferable:
Either doctors having an anaesthesiology background, for example Hospital Anaesthesiologists
Or those who have Clinical /Marketing experience on PMLS and are working in international manufacturers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Scan and analyse the potential KOL’s (Key Opinion Leaders) for PMLS product line, and assist KOL for training and academic exchange purposes
Work with distributors to establish relationships, and visit Key Decision Makers to generate new leads in line with strategies, accelerate the sales target
Expand the network of national KOL’s and national reference sites as guided by HQ strategies and programs
Organize related marketing activities
Lead and empower distributor to reach the sales target
Prepare reports to the National Sales & Marketing Manager and HQ regarding market information
Assist National Sales & Marketing Manager to manage PMLS business transformation
Be responsible for the Coastal area, from West Cape to East Cape to KZN
Responsibilities in conclusion:
Provide trainings to clients, influence clients, organize marketing activities, enhance the Comapany’s brand image, and facilitate potential business opportunities
