• Handling all customer queries telephonically / mailing
• Quoting of potential customers on products
• Measurements on site / collecting accurate data for quoting
• Follow up on own quotes
• Closing of potential business and convert into order as per set monthly target
• Opening of new customer files on the job system
• Check quote costing
• Assist with walk-in clients
• Follow-up with Dispatch about products
