Sales Coordinator & Trainer – Office Automation – Cape Town

JOB PURPOSE

To deliver training interventions in order to meet current Organisational needs in line with business as well as to support the sales teams

 

FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting training programs for newly hired employees
  • Works with managers to schedule training programs for all staff
  • Administering Nashua Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Health & Safety Officer
  • Building Maintenance Coordinator
  • Updates the ATR / WSP Workplace Skills Plan
  • Updates the Nashua NPP Portal
  • Update the Sales Board

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • 2 years proven work experience as a Trainer / Sales Coordinator
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills & communication with all levels of management
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Facilitation & Presentation Skills
  • Solid knowledge of Office Automation Products & Services
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Well-spoken & Well Represented
  • Strong Administrations, Organisational Skills & Planning Skills
