The main purpose of this position:


Driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives within a specific geographic region


Coaching of the Sales Team


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned region
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and sales growth, and provide regular reports to upper management
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth within the region
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional sales budget, including expenses, promotional activities, and resources allocation
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges within the region and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all sales activities
