The Case Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of medical cases, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between surgeons, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential, as well as a proactive, project-driven approach.
Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of medical cases, from intake and screening of medical data to scheduling and follow-up.
- Prioritize and oversee case workflows based on surgeons’ requirements, device availability, and timelines.
- Handle logistics of medical devices including packaging, labelling, shipping, returns, and storage.
- Manage 3D printing requests and related logistics.
- Track and maintain accurate case records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates on case status to staff and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with surgeons, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of solutions.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Support the team with scheduling, reporting, and coordination of meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification or experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations (healthcare/medical device background advantageous).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential).
- Ability to think proactively, solve problems, and drive processes forward.
