Job Description
- Social Media/Content Creation: maintaining a social media presence for Glasshouse Recruiting. This includes posting articles and ensuring Glasshouse Recruiting remains high on the google rankings.
- Adverts: will be required to post job adverts, when necessary, on the various platforms used by Glasshouse Recruiting for the purpose of attracting suitable candidates.
- Building a client Data Base: Developing a comprehensive client data base on Company Database. Transferring existing candidate from existing data base to Company Database
- Completing Glasshouse Recruiting Cvs: Required to complete cvs, for the recruiters.
- Arranging interviews: where needed arrange interviews for recruiters. This is not a primary function but an ad hoc service to the recruiters when needed.
- Reference and qualification checks: will be required to help conduct references, when the designated staff member is not available.
Minimum Requirements
