Doctor’s Travel – Arranging Courses, Flights, Visa’s, Invite Letters, Accommodation in sufficient time

Responding to all Emails within the same day

Taking Minutes at Meetings when Requested

Booking Demo Loan Sets Out and checking once returned. Making Sure Correct Documentation is Completed By Reps

Keeping Loan Set Board Updated

Assisting With Product Launches

Ordering Of Items Needed for the Department, Including Consumables, Stationary

Processing & Follow-Up of Expenses for All Staff in Department

Booking Of Meetings / Catering / Meeting Rooms


Driver’s License with own vehicle
