Job Overview
To take responsibility for the programming and maintenance of the workforce management system (Kronos) with the aim of improving the reliability, efficiency and usability of all time and attendance data, information and processes for analysis and reporting by HR representatives and Line Managers. The incumbent also provides strategic advice on the efficiency of workforce deployments and management interventions to control staff costs.
Job Description
- Implement, monitor and control Kronos (time and attendance) processes according to quality standards and relevant policy.
- Ensure the development, alignment, mapping and implementation of end-to-end standard operating procedures and processes.
- Perform regular audits and analyse data to make recommendations.
- Provide guidance, awareness, training and solutions to ensure accurate transfer of system knowledge.
- Ensure the Kronos system is accessible with valid data for payroll processing and drive continuous improvement and identify and manage operational risks.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or Related Field
Minimum experience:
- 5 years’ experience as a Kronos manager
- Expert on Kronos System
- Knowledgeable in managing time and attendance processes
- Expert in Analysis, Interpretation and Reporting
- Private healthcare experience is advantageous
