Divisional Sales Manager – Special Accounts – Cape Town

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the sales growth strategies
  • Achieve 100% of monthly / annual sales targets
  • Manage accurate forecasted commitments and pipeline and develop new prospects
  • Develop and maintain existing base
  • Deepening relationships with current customers and including but not limited to customer visits
  • Demonstrates and cross-sell products and services to existing / potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs



  • Managing a team of vibrate and enthusiastic Key Account Managers
  • Make telephone calls and in person visit and presentations to prospective customers
  • Research sources and developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers
  • Report accurately on sales activities on Inform. –Daily entries ,prospects, quotes and keep a proper pipeline
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Ensure all contracts and other documentation are completed correctly and all the required documentation is submitted to the sales co-ordinator to process deals
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis

  • Minimum qualification Grade 12
  • +2 years’ experience in Office Automation sales experience would be an advantageous.
  • Must be self-driven, motivated and innovative and a team player with the right attitude
  • Achieve maximum sales profitability & growth
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels, telephonic and face to face customers relations skills / presentable/ self-motivated
  • Excellent presentation, planning and organisational skills
