Clinical Specialist – Advanced Wound Care – Gaunteng (Inland)

It is the duty of a Clinical Specialist to promote and sell medical Products and services to existing and developing Markets



Responsible for INLAND region – Advanced Wound Care Products

Assist with therapy development of Advanced Wound Care Products

Implement marketing campaigns and assist Product Manager to create Marketing Strategy

Must have superior (own & competitor) product, trial knowledge and clinical information relating to Products and Procedures

Co-ordinating New Product Patient Evaluations

Develop a database of all Advanced Wound Care Customers

Follow Market trends to identify opportunities

Application and implementation of new knowledge and training

Part take in Supplier meetings

Assist in collecting information to aid the reimbursement approval process

Develop long term relationships with medical staff

Operate within the relevant framework of medical laws, regulations and policies

Consultative selling of Advanced Wound Care Products

Active promotion of Advanced Wound Care Products

Achieve Sales Target – Monthly, Quarterly & Annual

Marketing of clinical trials & studies

Training both Internal and External Customers

Advise clinical staff where necessary

Attend industry specific tradeshows and conferences

Effectively manage administrative tasks associated with the role

Stay current with product release functionality, market needs and competitive information



Minimum 3-5 years related sales experience

Relevant Medical Qualification, Diploma or Degree

Strong customer Service and Account Management background

Very strong communication skills

Highly motivated and self-driven

Proven track record in selling

Must be able to travel up to 70%

Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task
