The main purpose of this position:
To assist the Neurosurgery Team with case support, consignment checks and any other support required
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintain effective and positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Assisting by covering CUSA Cases in all regions when necessary
- Assist with delivering / moving and upliftment of stock / monitors in all areas
- Carry out stock counts at hospitals when required
- Will be on call as per the Call Roster Schedule and be required to work after hours when necessary.
- Submit all required weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager timeously
- Submit expenses and fuel records in accordance with monthly deadline
- Support promotional campaigns as set out by product manager
- Manage own budget expenses as set out by sales manager where applicable
- Support the implementation of launch plans at customer level
- Comply with all legal requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel
- Must provide excellent customer service levels
- Willing to go the extra mile and become accustomed to working beyond normal working hours regularly
- Knowledge and understanding of the Medical Industry
- Computer proficient in MS Office and e-mail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, diplomatic and assertive
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
- Passionate individual with positive attitude
