Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with artisanal farms and other suppliers to procure high-quality meat and related products
- Understand and anticipate seasonality, trends, and customer buying patterns to ensure optimal product availability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and product quality
- Compile and analyse reports on buying trends, sales performance, and inventory levels
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain appropriate inventory
- Collaborate with the butchery team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
