• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• High energy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about healthy eating, sustainability, and the farm-to-table movement

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with artisanal farms and other suppliers to procure high-quality meat and related products
• Understand and anticipate seasonality, trends, and customer buying patterns to ensure optimal product availability
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and product quality
• Compile and analyse reports on buying trends, sales performance, and inventory levels
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain appropriate inventory
• Collaborate with the butchery team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
