The Business Intelligence Analyst will closely work with clients and Business Technology teams to turn data into critical information that can be used to make sound business decisions
This includes working with business and development teams to design and document dashboards, alerts and reports, and to provide accurate, congruent and reliable information that is easily available to users for direct consumption or integrating with other systems
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage analytics requirements from business
- Gather, analyse, interpret, elevate and expose data into information and create knowledge for efficient organizational decision making
- Educate and train users to use data as an analytical tool
- Produce technical and user documentation
- Effectively communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Regular feedback to management regarding progress, occurrences and that will affect business
- Coordinate projects within and cross-functions
- Ability to work with all SAP cross-functions
Requirements:
- Relevant degree / diploma in Information Technology, Computer science, Engineering / Business Analysis
- SAP experience, strong analytical skills are essential
- +5 years’ BI experience
- Experienced in Qlik or general ETL tools
- QlikView certified, experience in hospitals (advantageous)
- Professional flexibility in working hours while supporting daily business hours
- Travel within and across regions to support the functions of the role required
