Our Client, a luxury wellness and addiction treatment centre located in Mpumalanga, South Africa is looking for Registered Nurse with Psych/Mental Health/ Addictions experience
Requirements:
Qualifications: Registered Professional Nurse (with valid SANC registration)
Experience: Minimum 3 years psychiatric or mental health experience in a hospital or rehabilitation environment
Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans and English (both spoken and written)
Transport: Must have own reliable transport to and from work
Availability: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per roster

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to patients within a structured, multidisciplinary mental health and addiction recovery setting.
Conduct patient assessments, monitor symptoms, and administer prescribed medications according to psychiatrist and doctor instructions.
Manage and document withdrawal monitoring, mental health observations, and behavioural notes.
Maintain accurate and detailed nursing documentation, including medication records, vital signs, and incident logs.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and clinical reviews.
Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff where required.
Ensure compliance with SANC standards, ethical guidelines, and facility protocols.
Uphold infection control, patient confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
