About the Job:
To be responsible for the total nursing care of the patients in their care
Requirements:
Must have a general nursing diploma or degree
Must be registered with SANC
The candidate must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the Unit
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that health care is provided to all patients according to company policies, procedures and standards
To plan, organise, and ensure the control of all activities within the position’s framework, and ensure that staff adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure that all relevant documentation is administered according to standard operational procedures
Ensure that skills development plans are in place for staff and that continuous training is provided according to need
Ensure that all quality standards and control measures are known and that it is adhered to
To contribute actively to teamwork and ensure the efficiency of the team continuously
To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
