Regional Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Company – Cape Town Full Time

About the Job:

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager based in Cape Town to manage the Western Cape & Free State

Requirements:

• Management experience in Generic Pharmaceutical Sales non-negotiable
• Strong Commercial Experience as well as managing Pharmacy and Doctor Detailing Sales Representative Teams Required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate the Regional Sales Team across the Western Cape & Free State
• Drive regional sales performance and achieve revenue and growth targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage and monitor Pharmacy and Doctor Detailing sales activities and performance
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching, training and performance reviews with the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacies, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
• Analyse regional sales trends, identify growth opportunities and implement corrective strategies where required
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify commercial opportunities
• Manage regional budgets, forecasting and sales reporting
