About the Job:

Promoting the company Medical and Diagnostics products within a local territory

Requirements:

• Strong Medical Background within Hospital and or Diagnostics Environment
• Relevant academic qualifications a distinct advantage
• At least 2 years medical devices experience and in-service experience
• Experience in new business development, sales and marketing required
• Established Key relationships within this territory beneficial
• Fluent in English and Secondary Language
• Excel Skills
• Valid drivers’ licence
• Demonstrates integrity through acceptable levels of moral values and business ethics.
• Demonstrates customer focus through willingness to respond to the needs of internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates a results-driven approach through willingness to work well or surpass a standard of excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling of Medical and Diagnostic equipment and consumables
• Calling on all critical care areas of the hospitals, primary health care, emergency medical services, pathology services and research institutions.
• Calling on Doctors, nurses, Pathologists, researchers, procurement and Management
• Set a sales strategy to meet sales budgets and achieve growth in the company and Diagnostics divisions in the designated sales region
• To solve customer queries and complaints
• To provide customer with relevant product information
• To conduct sales and follow-up calls
• Public and private tendering
• Attendance and assisting at conferences
• Prepare Sales Quotations
• Continuous relationship building with all stakeholders
• Plan appointments and specifications for sales calls
• Prepare for sales call i.e. promotional material, sales quote etc.
• Compile and submit relevant reports, forecasts and weekly planners.
• Travel within the sales territories
• Candidate must be vaccinated for Covid 19 or willing to be vaccinated as required.
• Flexible working hours, which may require after hours or weekends.
