About the Job:

The Hospital Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the facility, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability and an outstanding patient experience

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance, operational efficiency and hospitality expected within a premium rehabilitation environment

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Management or a related healthcare qualification
• A postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or Business Administration will be advantageous
• Current professional registration with the relevant professional council (where applicable)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience within a psychiatric hospital, mental health facility or behavioural healthcare environment
• Proven operational leadership experience within a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Experience with financial management, budgeting and operational planning
• Experience within an addiction rehabilitation facility will be highly advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
• Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation facility
• Ensure efficient utilisation of resources while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organisational objectives
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

Clinical Governance

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare legislation, licensing requirements and accreditation standards
• Promote clinical excellence and patient safety
• Support the multidisciplinary clinical team in delivering evidence-based addiction treatment programmes
• Monitor quality indicators and implement corrective action where required

Patient Experience

• Foster a luxury hospitality experience alongside exceptional clinical care
• Ensure outstanding patient satisfaction throughout the rehabilitation journey
• Promote a culture centred on compassion, dignity and confidentiality

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Promote staff engagement, accountability and professional development
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration and excellence

Financial Management

• Manage operational budgets and financial performance
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
• Ensure effective resource allocation while maintaining service excellence

• Maintain policies and procedures aligned with industry best practice
