About the Job:

A leading Wellness & Rehabilitation Facility in White River is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant culinary qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef
• Experience in a hotel, lodge, healthcare or hospitality environment will be advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and stock control
• Ability to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals
• Reliable and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Reside in or around White River

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents and staff
• Plan menus and accommodate special dietary requirements
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
• Manage stock, ordering and food cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Work effectively with the hospitality and management team
