We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Quality Officer to lead and oversee the hospital’s quality, patient safety, and performance improvement functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, monitoring clinical and operational KPIs, supporting accreditation and regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. A clinical background is an advantage and will be considered favourably
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, medicine, public health, or a related field; master’s degree is an advantage
Minimum experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or clinical governance
Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory requirements and quality standards
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and report writing skills
Clinical experience or a clinical qualification is preferred

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Able to work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and administrative teams
Proactive, professional, and committed to service excellence
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the quality management, patient safety, and risk management programs
Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and quality frameworks
Monitor performance indicators, analyse trends, and recommend improvement actions
Support internal audits, accreditation of readiness, and regulatory compliance
Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across departments
