Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric – essential
  • 1 to 2 years Sales Admin experience
  • Well-spoken and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Strong Sales and cold calling
  • Strong Customer service experience
  • Ability to deal with high call volumes and emails
  • Ability to reach and exceed company budget targets
  • Professional and well presented
  • Must have contactable references
  • Must have a stable track record
  • Clear criminal record
  • Non- smoker
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Adhere to all quality policies, procedures and requirements
  • Adhere to all health and safety legal requirements and company procedures



  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by up selling
  • Inform customers of new products/brands
  • New business development to get new clients on board
  • Advise clients on best purchases and keep up to date and informed of the current products
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Maintain GP performance
  • Various administrative duties


Salary Structure:

  • Salary range- Basic: R10 200 + Attractive commission structure
  • Room for growth


Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 -17:00
  • Saturdays: Alternative
  • Sundays: off
  • Public holidays: off
